We purchased VIP PRO services from KGC, yet did not even receive a standard level of service in return. Although the company claims to provide VIP services, the parts of the process that should have been handled by them were carried out entirely through our own efforts, without proper guidance, coordination, or follow-up. Even for the medical test stage, we were simply told to “go and complete it” and were only sent documents and a location. The entire organization was left to us. Despite paying for the service, the Emirates ID was sent to us as cash on delivery, meaning we had to pay the courier fee ourselves. There was no effort to deliver or coordinate the handover properly. The process may be technically completed, but the service provided was in no way proportional to the high fee paid.
